Provide contract goals and current performance at the organizational, site, and/or provider levels to ensure aligned understanding of VBC contract goals and objectives. Communicate outcomes-oriented overviews of performance initiatives to convey organizational impact. ACO Operations: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop recurring executive-facing presentations and memos as needed. This may include data regarding practice performance, financial outcomes/projections, and contract terms at the practice and ACO level to external executives. Additional Responsibilities: Advise central leadership by proactively surfacing root causes of issues affecting practice performance. Adapt to evolving organizational needs and priorities by taking on additional duties as necessary.
