Property emergencies don't keep business hours. When a property manager, insurance agent, or facility director has water on the floor or damage in the building, they don't start searching. They call the restoration company they already trust. Your job is to make sure that company is Dayspring Restoration, and that the person they trust is you. The Opportunity Dayspring Restoration has served Montana for more than 25 years and completed tens of thousands of restoration projects. We're adding a business development professional to own the Greater Butte territory and turn that reputation into a steady stream of commercial and referral work. This is outside B2B sales built on relationships. The territory is protected, so the partners you meet this month become the people who send you work for years. Who You'll Build Relationships With • Insurance agents and adjusters • Property managers and facility managers • Plumbers, HVAC companies, and contractors • Multifamily and commercial property groups • Senior living and healthcare facilities What Your Week Actually Looks Like • Meeting face to face with agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors across the territory • Prospecting new commercial accounts through networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits • Having consultative conversations about emergency response, mitigation, and restoration, learning how each partner handles a loss and where Dayspring fits • Presenting our services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers • Showing up at association meetings, networking groups, and after-hours industry events • Tracking your pipeline, activity, and follow-ups in our CRM from your phone, tablet, or laptop • Working closely with operations and leadership so the jobs you bring in are handled well, which keeps partners sending more Who We're Looking For You're a relationship builder who is comfortable walking into a room where nobody knows you yet. You work well on your own, follow through without being chased, and would rather earn trust over months than push a quick close. You're coachable, organized, strategic about where you spend your time, and motivated by income you can watch grow. This is a longer sales cycle built on trust. If you're looking for warm leads handed to you or same-day transactional closes, this won't be the right fit. What Success Looks Like in Your First Year Within 6 to 12 months, you'll have: • An active referral network that regularly sends you opportunities • A steady rhythm of weekly meetings with new and existing partners • A visible, growing pipeline • A recognized presence for Dayspring across your territory • Income trending toward $100K+ About Dayspring Restoration For more than a quarter-century, Dayspring has been helping Montana property owners recover from damage, with tens of thousands of completed projects behind us.
