The job
- What you'd do
- Sell fluid power and automation parts to equipment makers in the Houston area, keeping current customers buying and finding new ones. You'll cold call and network to win new business.
- What you'd sell
Supplies hydraulic parts from 40 brands and builds power units
When a factory needs hydraulic parts, it has to find the exact pump, valve, or hose that fits the job. The problem is, a wrong or late part can leave a machine sitting idle. Hydraquip distributes parts from over 40 brands and builds pump assemblies, hose kits, and power units, so customers get more options in one place.

Tenure shows whether people stay long enough to get paid.
- 3.

A plan that changes every year means the goalposts keep moving.
- 4.
Who sits with reps and reviews calls each week?

- 5.
